LCPT introduces spin coating technology to apply into optical filter with combining core technology of optical coating to fix flare issue
and dramatically improve overall performance of camera module.

LCPT provides a variety of printing service on optical components with high precision, high performance and stable reliability which is
able to apply into customer’s optical products as specification required.
4. Cutting Technology
LCPT provides cutting service with a variety shape (square / polygonal / circle) of optical components by using laser or blade cutting
machine with high precision and high efficiency.
5. Lamination Technology
LCPT provides a lamination service which applied on variety type of IRA and other optical components.
6. Cleaning Technology
According to different type of optical components, LCPT provides various cleaning process such plasma cleaning, atomizing cleaning,
automatic brushing cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning etc. to meet customer’s requirement.
7. Measuring & Testing
Measurement & Testing: by using interferometer, spectrophotometer, haze meter, CMM, 3-point bend test machine to ensure products
capability and quality.
Reliability & Environment Testing: providing various reliability and environment testing such temperature, humidity shock and vibration etc.

LCPT built a system for faster delivery to our customers by leveraing all-in-one service and productions which includes from product/process
design, material selection, surface polishing, coating, printing, cutting to bonding process etc. and quality insurance in each process.
